Im loving life today (:

I jumped on the scale this morning, and check this out, 187!! I made my first short term goal, which means I have lost 3 pounds in like 10 days or so (: This also means that in order to make my next short term goal, I have to lose 2lbs in 8 days. Thats pretty reasonable and it would put me at 185 for Valentines day.

As far as other excitement goes today, Im on a feild trip at school. Were going to a few nice art museums, and Im really excited for that. Its just like 20 kids on the trip, and im in a group with two of my really close friends. So thats gonna fill up my whole school day (:

After school, more excitement! Im going to a mixer at an all guys catholic school. Doesnt sounds exciting, but I promise you that it is. Lots of hott guys, lots of dancing & best of all, lost of dancing with hott guys. haha, I'll update later to tell you how it all went.

Breakfast: Cereal & Milk

Lunch: Yogurt & Granola Bar & Fruit Cup & Water

Dinner: TBA

Exercise: All the walking around the museum, and 3 hours of dancing.

Keeping on track (:

 Im still 188, which is okay by me. Hopefully I can kick my ass into gear and get it down to 187 by tommorow. Not sure how likely that is, but Ill try. Today is gonna be a pretty low key day, but tommorow is plenty exciting. So Ill save all of that exciting for tommorows post, (:

         Breakfast: Cereal & Milk & Granola Bar

Lunch: Yogurt & Apple Sauce & Granola Bar & Water

Dinner: Cesar Salad w/ grilled chicken from McDonalds (Only 350 calories!) & Milk

Exercise: Volleyball in gym & Dance rehearsel

Im 188 (:

How chill is that? Thats two pounds that I have lost in 8 days (: I am quite proud of myself! Too add to the excitement of my morning, we got a little bit of snow last night so school was delayed. Extra sleep & less weight? Sounds pretty perfect to me! Now all I have to do is lose 3 pounds in 9 days to make it to my goal on Valentines day. Wish me luck!

Breakfast: Cereal & Milk

Lunch: Yogurt & Granola Bar & Apple Sauce & Water

Dinner: Chicken

Exercise: 20 Minutes of Pilates & Volleyball in gym class

189.

Alright, I have been at 189 for about 4 days so far. And thats how long it took me to lose a pound before. But its kinda understandable that I havent, seeing as I didnt binge in the first 4 days but i did in the second set of 4... if that makes any sense. Sometime this week, I would like to be down to 187. And by Valentines Day I wanna be 185. And that would be dandy. Ill write more when I get back from school.

Breakfast: Cereal & Milk

Lunch: Apple & Yogurt & Granola Bar & Water

Dinner: 1/2 Baked Potato & Banana

Exercise: None, it was a lazy day.

Happy Groundhogs Day, haha (:

Alrighty, Ill write something intelligent when I get back from school. But definitley not this early in the morning....

EDIT: So, I forgot to check the scale today. Im gonna assume that my weight didnt change drastically, so its all good. I decided today and tommorow are gonna be all about fixing my weekend. I binged once and a a few snacks yesterday that just arent pleasant. So Im gonna eat very healthy, and very minimally. And I am gonna exercise alot more then usual. That should get me back on track (:

Breakfast: Cereal & Milk

Lunch: Yogurt & Granola Bar & Apple & Water

Dinner: Chicken & Watermelon

Exercise: Gym Class (40 sprints) & 1.5 miles on the treadmill
